That is until now. Xooker, through its simple and inexpensive suite of services, has cracked the code of mobile marketing for the SMB market. Xooker provides an all-around rewarding experience for the consumer, while meeting the needs of their merchants. “One of the missing links in mobile marketing is the ability to keep the consumer engaged, while providing clients with solutions that attract, acquire, and reward their customers via their mobile phones,’’ Connotes Conrad R. Carney II, CEO and Chairman of Xooker.
Xooker is based in Kentucky and offers an array of features designed to help alleviate the pains of business owners struggling to adapt to mobile marketing. Some of the many features included on the Xooker platform are the Digital Loyalty card, Charity Fundraising, and brand and ad delivery through gamification. Xooker offers a truly digital, economical, and customizable loyalty card to reward repeat customers. The merchant controls the frequency and reward options, providing them the same power as that of their larger competitors. The Charity Fundraising feature means that there’s no more buying booster club ads or making donations. Xooker is making it easy to turn donation seekers into revenue generators, allowing the merchants to say yes to every charitable organization. Xooker is the first to integrate gamification and loyalty rewards for the SMB market. The consumer gains points that can be redeemed for actual discounts at their favorite restaurants and shops simply by playing interactive games through the Xooker app on their mobile device. “People love to play games,’’ Carney says. “The more time a consumer spends playing a game, the longer they are engaged to a brand, and they are more likely to engage with the merchant they just earned those points from.’’

We lead while others follow.
One major competitive element is that there is no hardware or software to install. Xooker is very easy to implement, allowing them to expand to other cities at an exponential rate. Moreover, its Freemium model allows for a very cost-efficient solution. That means no long-term contracts for merchants who want to integrate with Xooker; creating a very low barrier of entry. “Our system adapts to our users and merchants, not the other way around,” states Carney.
One example of Xooker’s successful integration involves a local Kentucky wing restaurant that experienced a 77 percent redemption rate for their offers through Xooker over a 30-day period, “which is extremely off the charts,” Carney extols. During Xooker’s six month pilot, it delivered an average redemption rate of 18.8 percent on all offers from their 231 locations. This equates to being 9.5 times better than the average redemption rate of traditional media advertising, which is less than two percent.“Because we are able to deliver those sort of results, our merchants love us,” adds Carney.
Xooker is looking at an exciting 2017, with nation-wide expansion plans over the course of the next 18 months. “The future is very bright for mobile marketing in the segment we cater to, which is the SMB market. We are the obvious go-to product for merchants, which is why we feel very strongly about our leadership position.” concludes Carney.
By all appearances, Xooker has built a better mouse trap than their competitors, while also adding several proprietary features, which is why they made the list of the 2017 Top 10 Mobile Marketing Solution Providers.
