FullThrottle Technologies, a privacy-compliant first-party data platform, has created Audience Flume, an open API-based solution.
FREMONT, CA: “As many media and advertising companies move towards walled gardens and incompatibility, FullThrottle has made the conscious decision to lead the industry instead towards open resources and interoperability,” says Amol Waishampayan, chief product officer at FullThrottle. FullThrottle Technologies, a privacy-compliant end-to-end first-party data platform that lets advertisers identify and target audiences and analyze results, has come up with Audience Flume, an open API-based first-party data solution. Audience Flume enables any brand, agency, or media partner to utilize FullThrottle technology to power their modern first-party addressability solution.
“Audience Flume will provide all interested users with access to exceptional first-party data resources, making it possible for brands and agencies to improve the performance of their marketing campaigns even as third-party data sources lose their effectiveness. We believe that open-source data and technology will play an essential role in the next generation of ad tech solutions,” adds Waishampayan.

Apple and Google are phasing out third-party cookies, so advertisers and brands must use first-party data resources and technology to maintain efficient targeting and measurement. FullThrottles' new API-based solution enables enterprises to generate first-party information, build audiences, and establish downstream processes based on an open addressability platform. FullThrottle enables brand and agency customers to query their first-party household-level data sets, push those audiences to their media and measurement platforms, and implement privacy-compliant, high-quality campaign techniques, including targeting, measurement, and attribution.
FullThrottles's open-source, first-party data resources provide democratic access to a crucial resource for targeting and evaluating multichannel advertising campaigns. According to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Ipsos' State of Data Report 2022, less than half (45 percent) of publishers collect sufficient first-party data for audience marketing. Audience Flume, a completely transparent and accessible resource for marketers and media partners, will enable businesses with limited first-party resources to bridge the shift away from third-party cookies.
