JR Global Events has successfully executed virtual, hybrid, incentive, corporate, and association meetings and events, including trade shows, employee training, executive meetings, grand openings, galas, and awards, for groups as intimate as 10 to as large as 10,000 worldwide.

Rather than arbitrarily sending out proposals to clients, JR Global Events spends time talking with meeting and event stakeholders to understand their needs, wants, and pain points and to gain an in-depth understanding of the requirements for the event and how its budget can be optimized. This helps JR Global Events put together a detailed and specific proposal geared directly toward the clients' events and meetings.

The JR Global Events team is also highly skilled at assimilating themselves into the corporate culture of their client organizations and working as a direct extension of the internal marketing or events team. The a la carte services approach it utilizes enables a client to select specific components they need in event management, such as site sourcing, website registration, and complete planning of a closing celebration, or managing the entirety of the each process to produce their event or meeting.

JR Global Events have always offered onsite event management services, however as the 2020-2021 pandemic restrictions were being lifted and in-person conferences and events were coming back, JR Global Events began receiving an influx of client requests for qualified onsite event professionals due to staff shortages and the desire to level up their previous event experiences.

JR Global Events has an extensive rolodex of event professionals ready to work nationwide, and this is where the Events On Call matchmaking tool was born. Events On Call is a SaaS, a matchmaking web app that provides clients seeking temporary onsite event staffing with qualified onsite event professionals nationwide. What makes Events On Call different from other temporary staffing agencies is that the onsite event professionals (OES) are vetted, background-checked, and validated for qualifications.

Co-owners of JR Global Events, Jennafer Ross, CMP, CED, and Stephanie Krzywanski, CMM, CED, have been managing events worldwide since 2004, and they have both been powerhouses in the events and meetings industry for 25-plus years. They have now joined forces with event tech veteran Candice Bakke, and as the Managing Partners of Events On Call, this trio KNOWS events.

They understand what is required to create a successful event: expert event execution, expert onsite solutions, and expert technology. Through Events On Call, they bring all of this knowledge and expertise to companies and organizations that are striving to execute successful meetings and events.

Carrying over two decades of experience and knowledge as a Certified Event Designer and Certified Meeting Professional, Ross has taken JR Global Events to great heights with the belief that 'all aspects of a program or event are integral to the success of the whole.' Having gained substantial unique expertise with her boots on the ground through years of event management practices, Ross is a veteran in the industry and has the capability of adding enrichment to the firm's service offerings alongside other managing partners. Over the years, her dedication to continually finding more efficient strategies to help clients plan and coordinate events have been the key to JR Global Events' long-term success.
